More info on lost Trumpy named the Alta Rocca. Our family has heard of different lengths of this yacht. Ninety six feet to one hundred and ten feet. This yacht was possibly co-owned by Andre De Coppett and Ben McGuckin Sr. The old trading firm was De Coppett and Doremus of New York. This yacht was possibly docked in New York and Palm Beach in the late 1920"s and 30's. I think I have the only painting of this yacht which was signed by ELBY of Miami Fla. 1930. (Anyone know of this Artist ??) I have a picture just having trouble posting it!!!! If you know of a path I could travel for reasearch please Reply. Grandson Ben III.

Mystery solved. She was built in 1926 by Luders Marine as "Ramna"

The Painter was Joe Selby I also have a painting of the Maemere Trumby by him. He was a artist in the 30's in Miami FL. Cool stuff!
